Stephen Grace

Stephen goes to court for plaintiffs and defendants in every type of case imaginable, and he does so throughout Tennessee and Kentucky in both federal and state courts. Steve has tried more than 200 cases to conclusion in front of judges, juries or arbitrators in his twenty-plus years of trial practice. Steve focuses his practice on personal injury and employment rights litigation. He earned his Bachelors Degree with high honors from the University of Kentucky in 1988 and was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa honor fraternity. He graduated law school from the University of Kentucky in 1991 and was a staff member and Associate Editor of the Kentucky Law Journal. Steve is admitted to practice in all of the state and federal courts in Tennessee and Kentucky, and he is a member of the Nashville, Tennessee and Kentucky Bar Associations. Prior to founding the Grace & Rudy law firm, Steve practiced successfully as a sole practitioner at the Law Offices of Stephen W. Grace from 2004 to present. Before that, Steve was an associate and partner at Waller Lansden Dortch & Davis, PLLC (1991-2004), where he litigated employment and business disputes, counseled businesses about litigation defense and avoidance and lectured clients and lawyers about issues affecting them in the areas of business and employment litigation.
